Great, family run dojo. Fantastic staff, and a great big happy family to work out with. Lots of activities for the kids and our children have much more self confidence and the ability to defend themselves... lots of awareness and training for the kids on how to avoid and get away from an attacker... and then fighting as a last resort. My whole family now particiaptes in classes! You have GOT to check this place out before signing up with any other martial arts school.
