The ATRKK was established in 1992 and has it Honbu Dojo (Headquarters) located in Bryan, Ohio. By forming their own association, Franz Kyoshi and his black belts distanced the system from many of the political ideologies taking place in the martial arts. The main purpose of the system is teach quality and professional martial arts through a ever growing system and curriculum. Franz Kyoshi was now able to focus on teaching traditional martial arts to help his students without the outside influences disturbing the development of the Aiki Te Ryu Karate Kai. By doing this it enable Franz Kyoshi to continue training and developing an effective and great system of Karate-Do. Franz Kyoshi was now able to focus on the essence of Karate-Do, which is training and personal development.

Excellent dojo and real Sensei

Master Franz and his dojo are the real deal. Neither focused on sport martial arts nor MMA but with none of the flashy useless stuff found in the mcdojo. This place is traditional and very highly regarded as one of the best schools in NW Ohio and maybe even the USA.
