I have been training with Grandmaster Al Cole for over 20 years now. Having experienced winning multiple state and national medals, training in Korea, twice. Promoting to my last degree of black belt in Korea this year. I can say that Grandmaster Al Cole's guidance has really made a positive difference in my life. If you are thinking of training in martial arts, you should really consider training with the best. Rob Cleek

I am so pleased with Master Cole and his instructors. We were about to sign our child up with a local Chardon "birthday party" center pretendnig to be a Karate school! until we found Master Cole. Our child loves his classes and so do we. I feel they are the best in the area, after all, he is the Team Leader for the United States Taekwondo Team, and he trains in Korea many times per year with his students!
